Competition Services Coach

Vail Resorts is seeking motivated and passionate coaches to join their Competition Services team, offering programs across Alpine, Freestyle, Race, and Snowboard disciplines. The role involves providing a safe and positive environment for athletes to develop fundamental skills, set goals, and achieve their potential on and off the snow. Coaches will work within seasonal plans to deliver high-quality training and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels.
