The Complaint Response Coordinator implements and trains customer complaint handling processes across Grace Europe, ensuring alignment with the GRACE Charter and coordinating with various internal functions. The role manages the Enablon complaint database, oversees complaint intake, classification, investigation, and reporting, and provides training and KPI monitoring.
