Complaints and Information Officer

The Complaints and Information Officer manages a diverse caseload of complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI), and Environmental Information Regulation (EIR) requests across all County Council services. The role involves coordinating responses, interpreting policies and legislation, and providing advice to stakeholders to ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations.
