About this role
Capital on Tap is a fast-growing fintech providing an all-in-one business credit card and spend management platform for small businesses. This hybrid role is based in Manchester (3 days per week in office) within the Collections function and supports customers experiencing financial difficulty, including vulnerable customers. The position is a newly created complex-case role working across UK and US customer portfolios in partnership with internal specialist support and external third parties.
