The Complex Solutions Engineer joins HPE's Level 3 Engineering Support team to tackle difficult production problems that span multiple products, services, or support boundaries. The role focuses on troubleshooting across interconnected systems, owning complex incidents end‑to‑end, and translating lessons learned into improved tools, processes, and reliability.
