Compliance & AML Officer

Direct Crypto Limited is seeking a hands-on Compliance & AML Officer to support the Chief Operating & Risk Officer in establishing and maintaining the firm's regulatory compliance and financial crime framework. This foundational role involves developing and implementing AML/CFT policies, supporting the MiCA CASP authorization process, and conducting business-wide risk assessments. The position requires strong regulatory judgment and the ability to work independently in a newly established, evolving environment.
