The Compliance Analyst – Mutual Funds will report to the Chief Compliance Officer of Neuberger Registered Funds and focus on compliance matters related to mutual funds, ETFs, and other registered funds. The role involves supporting general compliance projects, preparing board reports and checklists, and serving as a resource for various fund support areas.

Responsibilities

Provide support on general compliance matters and projects related to registered funds
Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in preparing board reports and compliance documentation
Administer compliance programs pursuant to Rule 38a-1 and Rule 206(4)-7
