Compliance Analyst

The role supports Appeals and Grievance, Care Management, and Utilization Management compliance programs for Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Responsibilities include developing audit plans, serving as a liaison for compliance and fraud, waste, and abuse activities, conducting internal and external audits, and providing training on regulatory requirements. The position works closely with the Compliance Department and other leadership teams to ensure all operations adhere to state, federal, and internal regulations.
