Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst supports Thread Bank’s Compliance Management team in monitoring, testing, and advising on the bank’s and its sponsored fintech partners’ products, services, and operations. This role helps identify compliance risks, interpret regulatory changes, and strengthen policies, procedures, and controls across federal and state consumer protection, privacy, lending, and deposit requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment while operating within regulatory boundaries, works well across teams, and brings strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
