Compliance and Assurance Manager

As the Compliance and Assurance Manager for retail energy supply, you will provide operational leadership and regulatory expertise to ensure Good Energy meets its industry obligations. You will lead cross-functional teams through regulatory change, oversee robust assurance frameworks, and manage compliance incidents and risk escalation. The role involves building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Ofgem, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
