Compliance Associate

The Compliance Associate supports bank sponsorship relationships and compliance workstreams for new product and market expansion at Rain, a global stablecoin payments platform. This high-visibility role translates partnership agreements and regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements while maintaining compliance documentation and ensuring defensible launches. The position requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and sponsor banks to integrate compliance into the design process from the start.
