Compliance & BSA Officer

The Compliance & BSA Officer serves as a key member of the risk management team, responsible for developing and administering the bank's BSA, AML, OFAC, and regulatory compliance programs. This role acts as the primary expert and liaison for regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to federal and state banking laws.
