About this role

The Enhanced Compliance Consultant at Comply provides advisory and consulting services to investment advisory firms on complex compliance and regulatory matters. The role involves reviewing regulatory and marketing documents, drafting disclosures, and supporting clients through ongoing communication and guidance. The consultant also contributes to educational content, product development, and pre-sales activities while staying current on evolving investment advisory regulations. This position reports to the Senior Compliance Director and supports a portfolio of investment advisory clients across the U.S.
