Compliance Coordinator

This role manages the end-to-end Medicare Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) process, overseeing audit activity, documentation, and appeals for assigned providers and clinics. The position serves as the primary liaison between compliance, billing, and clinical teams to ensure adherence to federal regulations and Medicare policies. It involves analyzing audit findings, tracking deadlines, and supporting provider education initiatives to mitigate compliance risks and optimize revenue cycle operations.
