Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator supports the Athletics Department by interpreting and applying NCAA, SWAC, and University rules to ensure student-athlete eligibility and institutional control. This role involves monitoring compliance areas such as Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), financial aid, housing, and social media activities while advising coaches and staff on regulatory requirements. The position also assists in investigating potential rule violations and provides training to maintain compliance standards within the department.
