Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator partners with department leaders to ensure services meet state requirements and align with each person's Individual Support Plan or Person Centered Support Plan. The role involves maintaining current, complete, and accurate documentation for all individuals on the caseload. Responsibilities include reviewing service notes, preparing billing records, and representing the organization at meetings. The position also requires updating electronic and paper systems, scheduling medical appointments, and ensuring compliance with annual reviews and assessments.
