Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator partners with department leaders to ensure services meet state requirements and align with each person's Individual Support Plan or Person Centered Support Plan. The role involves maintaining accurate and current documentation, preparing billing records, and representing the organization at key meetings. This position also handles medical appointment scheduling, system updates, and serves as a liaison between members, families, and the agency.
