Compliance Counsel

Denali Therapeutics is seeking a Compliance Counsel to support the organization's commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance ahead of its first potential commercial launch in neurodegenerative disease. This role oversees compliance initiatives including Fair Market Value assessments, Transfer of Value reporting, price transparency, auditing, investigations, and training. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure adherence to federal, state, and global regulations.
