Compliance Counsel

The Compliance Counsel provides end-to-end legal support and compliance risk management across the company, ensuring business activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves managing deal transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advisory on commercial, labor, and regulatory matters. The position also focuses on developing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and supporting export control, sanctions, and product regulatory compliance.
