The Compliance Delegation Specialist II supports Hill Physicians’ Compliance Department by coordinating the Compliance Delegation Program and delegated oversight activities with contracted health plans, entities, and vendors. The role interfaces closely with health plan representatives and internal teams to support compliance with healthcare regulatory and contractual requirements, and helps prepare and support delegation audit processes and follow-up activities.
