The Compliance Intern will join Wellington’s EU Funds Compliance team to support the European fund management business by strengthening the use of technology, data, and reporting. This role focuses on applying AI tools, data analytics, and dashboard development to address practical AML data challenges and improve operational efficiency. The intern will gain exposure to the compliance framework of a regulated investment fund manager while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards for AML/CFT metrics and reporting
Analyze compliance data and translate findings into decision-useful insights
Identify manual activities for automation using AI tools and approved technology
