Compliance Lead

The Compliance Lead will define and execute the end-to-end compliance strategy for Enphase's next-generation solid-state transformer products, navigating complex and evolving standards to ensure successful certification and market launch. This role involves deep technical analysis of safety, performance, and grid interconnection requirements, leading certification testing with national laboratories, and integrating compliance into the product design process from the earliest stages. The position requires representing the company on industry standards committees to shape future regulations and drive technical contributions in favor of the technology.
