Compliance Manager, Captive Management

The Compliance Manager, Captive Management role is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating the compliance framework across Davies Captive Management in Bermuda, Guernsey, North America, and other relevant jurisdictions. The position manages core compliance activities, financial crime controls, KYC/client due diligence, and captive management-specific regulatory requirements, including those of the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC). The role involves providing practical compliance advice, leading client onboarding and due diligence processes, and preparing compliance reports for senior management and boards.
