Compliance Manager, EU

The Compliance Manager, EU supports the development and day-to-day running of the regulatory compliance programme for Trustly in Europe, operating primarily through the Stockholm-based Trustly Group AB. Reporting to the EU/UK Chief Compliance Officer, the role involves implementing compliance domain programs, managing risk registers, and providing oversight reporting to the Board and Management Team. The position requires translating regulatory obligations into policies and standards while ensuring effective governance within a three-lines-of-defence model.
