Compliance Manager, Transparency

The Compliance Manager, Transparency is responsible for monitoring and reconciling transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance with the Sunshine Act and company policies regarding reportable transfers of value. This role involves managing transparency reporting activities, resolving HCP disputes, and ensuring accurate financial and compliance reporting for events. The position also supports the implementation of compliance policies, conducts investigations, and serves as a subject matter expert for healthcare compliance activities.
