About this role

The Compliance Manager will build and operationalize Foxen’s compliance program, ensuring regulatory, contractual, and internal legal obligations are defined, tracked, and managed across the business. Reporting to the Chief Legal & Insurance Officer, the role works cross‑functionally with Operations, Insurance Solutions, Product, IT Security, and other teams to translate requirements into practical workflows and drive accountability.
