Compliance Manager

This role leads statutory compliance and best practice across the Council’s property portfolio, ensuring adherence to regulations for gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, and other critical areas. The position involves overseeing contractor performance, managing compliance audits, and implementing data management systems to maintain audit readiness and mitigate risk. It requires strategic leadership in procurement, financial management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
