Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager supports the ongoing development and oversight of the compliance and governance framework for a leading insurance and reinsurance organization in Bermuda. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the role involves executing regulatory obligations, maintaining a robust compliance framework, and supporting the Principal Representative in interactions with the Bermuda Monetary Authority. The position requires coordinating regulatory reporting, supporting corporate governance processes, and promoting regulatory readiness across the business.
