Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager will embed compliance into the daily culture of a growing, family-run business, working directly with the Board and Operations Director to influence high-level decisions. This role involves refining compliance policies, shaping annual compliance plans, and ensuring adherence to FCA standards and Consumer Duty principles. The position offers flexibility to work part-time or full-time while driving real change within the organization.
