Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager supports regulatory and operational compliance across District Cannabis cultivation, operational, and retail locations in Washington, DC and Maryland. This role involves conducting compliance audits, evaluating inventory and operational controls, and supporting investigations to ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies. The position requires partnering with site leadership on training and corrective actions to maintain regulatory readiness and mitigate compliance risks.
