Compliance Manager

This role establishes and leads an independent Compliance function for MBSCL as it moves through FCA authorisation to provide regulated financial advice. The position holds the SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) functions, reporting to the MBSCL Board to ensure genuine independence from the group's main operating business. The role focuses on standing up the compliance framework, overseeing intra-group agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance for the advice service.
