The Compliance Manager will take full ownership of the existing compliance program across iBynd and SEMSEE entities, maturing policies, procedures, and controls to support the next stage of growth. This individual contributor role reports directly to the COO and partners closely with Finance and Accounting to oversee regulatory compliance, licensing, tax obligations, and carrier relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of the insurance distribution model, surplus lines regulation, and digital platform privacy requirements.
