Black Pearl is partnering with a leading engineering and infrastructure firm to appoint a Compliance Manager responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework. The role ensures regulatory adherence and fosters an ethical, risk-aware culture across all operations. The position involves developing the Compliance Management System, monitoring regulatory changes, and leading risk assessments and internal audits. The Compliance Manager will also advise senior leadership, prepare compliance reports, and collaborate with various teams to integrate compliance into all processes.
