Compliance Manager

Outpost is seeking a Compliance Manager to serve as the on-the-ground owner of compliance for its Turkish operations, ensuring the commercial agent model remains compliant and trusted by partners, merchants, and authorities. This hands-on role involves managing merchant due diligence, AML and fraud controls, consumer-law compliance, and regulatory relationships within Turkey. The position requires close collaboration with global legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams, as well as local legal counsel, to maintain a robust local compliance programme.
