Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager is a senior second-line role responsible for embedding a consistent and robust compliance culture across the Group, with primary responsibility for Global Vans, XLCR, and LCV. The role provides independent oversight, challenge, and risk-based assurance while acting as a trusted adviser to senior management on regulatory compliance and conduct matters. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy to escalate material risks and ensure adherence to Group compliance policies and regulatory standards.
