Compliance Officer (Investment Products)

As a Compliance Officer for Investment Products at Satispay, you will ensure compliance with regulations specific to investment products, emphasizing a robust compliance monitoring program and risk management related to compliance risks, including those tied to crypto-assets. Your responsibilities include advising management on regulatory changes, supporting regulatory strategy and licensing efforts, drafting compliance policies, and engaging with regulators and auditors. Additionally, you'll help develop compliance training and report regularly on compliance matters to the management and Board of Directors.
