Qualifications

U.S. Person (required under ITAR)
5+ years in export compliance, trade compliance, defense contracting, or similar fields
Strong working knowledge of ITAR (22 CFR Parts 120–130)
Strong working knowledge of EAR (15 CFR 730–774)
Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks
Experience conducting technical classifications and managing controlled technical data
Experience developing or maintaining Technology Control Plans
Prior designation as an Empowered Official
