Compliance Officer

This role establishes and leads an independent Compliance function for MBSCL as it moves through FCA authorisation to provide regulated financial advice. The position holds the SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial crime prevention while maintaining independence from the parent group. The role involves overseeing intra-group agreements, advising on regulatory requirements, and reporting directly to the MBSCL Board.
