Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer serves as the operational engine of the Risk & Compliance team at Novatti, managing day-to-day compliance activities including customer due diligence, onboarding, chargebacks, and AML/CTF monitoring. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, the role involves leveraging new automation tools to review and refine outputs while escalating complex matters to senior leadership. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid grounding in KYC/AML who is eager to work alongside AI tooling and contribute to the team's resilience.
