Compliance Officer

This role serves as the local subject matter expert for compliance, regulatory, and contractual obligations within Invesco Australia, ensuring adherence to the Corporations Act and other relevant standards. The position involves supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance in governance, risk management, and regulatory change initiatives while maintaining the company's AML program and financial crime oversight. Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance systems, conducting risk reviews, and ensuring all marketing materials and client reporting meet regulatory requirements.
