Compliance Officer

This role develops, administers, and monitors programs to ensure the bank's operations and product offerings comply with applicable laws and regulations. The position involves educating personnel on compliance responsibilities, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and serving as the primary liaison for federal and state compliance examiners. The incumbent chairs the Compliance Committee, supervises Compliance Analysts, and ensures senior management and the Board are informed of compliance activities and risk exposure.
