Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer at Global66 leads the implementation and compliance of the Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing, and Proliferation Financing prevention system for the Colombian business. The role ensures regulatory compliance, manages documentation for policies and procedures, and oversees the effective functioning of the SARLAFT system. This position involves reporting to the board or risk committee, designing risk assessment methodologies, and maintaining updated knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. The officer also supports leadership with control entity requirements and coordinates internal training programs on risk management.
