Compliance Officer

HIFI is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead its BSA/AML and sanctions compliance program across fiat and stablecoin flows. The role involves overseeing KYC/KYB processes, managing transaction monitoring, and serving as the primary contact for banking partners and regulators. This position requires building and scaling the compliance function while partnering with product and engineering teams to integrate regulatory requirements into the platform.
