Compliance Operations

This role involves developing and maintaining a proactive compliance and AML framework aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position oversees compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and control testing to identify gaps and emerging risks while ensuring ongoing effectiveness. It also includes supporting the implementation of compliance training plans and conducting risk-based AML assessments to mitigate financial crime risks.
