Fin is seeking its first dedicated compliance operations hire to run the day-to-day engine of its compliance program, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance. This hands-on role involves managing business onboarding, due diligence, sanctions screening, and blockchain analytics alerts to ensure compliance capacity keeps pace with rapid payment volume growth. The position focuses on turning manual processes into automated, auditable workflows while maintaining program readiness and accurate reporting.
