Compliance Specialist

This role serves as a critical component of the second line of defense, providing independent oversight and objective challenge to ensure operations align with relevant laws, regulations, and market standards. The position involves leading the management of regulatory compliance and AML/CTF risks, including customer due diligence, suspicious activity reporting, and regulatory liaison. The specialist will also develop internal compliance policies, conduct compliance monitoring, and provide guidance to the business and senior management.
