Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist oversees the overall compliance operations for MCAR, serving as an objective body to review and evaluate compliance issues within the organization. This role ensures that management and employees adhere to regulatory agency rules, company policies, and the company's Standards of Conduct. The position reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for maintaining effective compliance communication and training programs.
