Compliance Supervisor

The Compliance Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to unionized Risk & Compliance Specialists, ensuring regulatory excellence in water and wastewater services. This role is responsible for supervising daily compliance activities, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring adherence to Ontario legislation and MECP requirements. The position also involves leading audits, managing staff performance, and serving as a key contact for regulatory interactions and stakeholder relations.
