Compliance Supervisor

The Compliance Supervisor oversees a centralized national team focused on audit readiness, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational controls within the Post Closing department. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Underwriting, State Agencies, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. The position involves leading a team to manage audits, regulatory inquiries, licensing administration, fraud prevention, and customer issue resolution while driving process improvements.
