About this role

The Component and Compliance Engineer will support the selection, evaluation, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance of electronic components used in Toradex's embedded products. The role works closely with engineering, product management, procurement, suppliers, and legal/compliance teams to ensure component choices are documented, commercially viable, technically suitable, and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Drive component evaluation and selection process
Manage lifecycle, obsolescence and PCN/PDN notifications
Maintain component compliance data and database
